The following outlines our returns and refund policy. By processing payment with The Archive, you are accepting the following terms and conditions. Please note that refunds will strictly only be provided for items assessed and deemed faulty. A store credit will be issued in all other circumstances. Our returns policy abides by, and is in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).
- If you change your mind or you have selected the incorrect size, we offer store credits provided that the item(s) are returned to us within 7 days and it is in original condition (unworn, unmarked, with original tags still attached). Please include your invoice/returns form that is included in your order.
- Store credits are valid for 3 years from the date we received your return. You can use this store credit to purchase the correct size or for any other item(s). If an item is returned to us without any email correspondence via email or returns form, the item will be returned to the buyer. If your items/sizes have sold out before processing your exchange or receiving your credit note, Unfortunately you are not eligible for a refund.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.
- Any items purchased during a flash SALE (Example: Afterpay day sale, Boxing day sale) or are purchased from the sale tab are final and cannot be returned.
- Discount codes for 20% or more off are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If you have received an incorrect item or an item that has a manufacturing fault, please contact us via email so we can resolve this immediately for you! We must be notified about manufacturing faults within a week of you receiving your items.
- Refunds/Discounts or store credits will not be given to honour discounted/sale prices.
No returns will be attended to via Instagram or Facebook.
We ask that you take care when purchasing online and ensure you have read the description thoroughly and checked the measurements of the garment before purchasing to ensure you are satisfied with the style & fit.
Purchasing online: Product colours and appearance can differ depending on lighting when receiving your item. Professional studio photos are taken in an extremely bright setting compared to a dark room when trying your items on. Products can also differ on your computer/laptop/tablet or handheld mobile device screens to how they appear in reality. Please choose carefully as there are no refunds in this instance. You confirming you have read these Terms is confirmation of your agreement that your goods are purchased on this understanding.
